- Direct Purchase Model: When you complete your booking and payment directly through the Raphael Travels website, we take responsibility for processing the booking, managing cancellations (as per partner policies), and coordinating refunds.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Pricing may vary based on supplier terms, seasonal demand, or currency fluctuations. Full payment may be required at the time of booking. Raphael Travels accepts major debit/credit cards and other supported payment gateways. Confirmation of payment does not guarantee service unless explicitly stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Direct Purchase Bookings:
If your booking was made and paid directly through the Raphael Travels website, refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.). Once a cancellation is approved, Raphael Travels will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the refund from our partners. Additional time may be required by your bank or card issuer to credit the amount back to your account.
For Self-Service Partner Bookings:
If you are redirected from our website to book directly on a partner’s platform, Raphael Travels is not involved in the transaction. All changes, cancellations, or refund requests must be handled directly with the partner you booked with. We recommend reviewing their terms before confirming a booking.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Raphael Travels is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or government regulations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
